Tamarack Beach Hotel Carlsbad, Carlsbad

The hotel is in an excellent location, right across from the beach and within walking distance of Carlsbad Village. I found the rooms to be somewhat noisy due to street traffic, but they were ready ahead of schedule and clean. The service was generally good, though there were some noisy guests early in the morning. Overall, it offered decent value for money but some aspects could use improvement.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, which is located right across from the beach and a quick walk to great restaurants and shops. The rooms had a stylish vibe, although you could see the property was a bit older. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, which added a nice touch to the experience. However, the breakfast options left much to be desired and could definitely use some improvement.
